Easiest and Efficient Exercise

Prior to exercise before breakfast:
  • Drink a tea spoon of pure honey followed by a glass of warm water.
  • Stand in upright position, tongue up, hold Kundalini (Anus Muscle), arms straight forward then turn them up backward and forward (circle movement) for 40 times.
  • Squat up and down slowly, keep your back bone up right. Do it minimal 30 times. When you squat up, it's time to inhale and when you squat down, it's time to exhale, then relax.
  • Do You Know Why This Exercise is Very Good? This is the explanation:

    1. This movement will improve your blood circulation and antibody
    2. This movement will relax and lubricate your joints and muscles. Especially your hip where vital organs e.g kidneys,etc are located.
    3. Your body weight is a perfect individual natural load, it will push and generate your meridian at the bottom of your feet and it will rise your nervous system
    4. If you able to practice it everyday for approximately 10 minutes, within a week you will find your body more healthy. Because, actually you are exercising 3 most important basic health program; cleansing, balancing and nutrition
    I saw a documentary video, where 90 years old lady able to carry a ricksaw up to the hill, it is incredible. In fact, she is able to exercise squat up and down 100 times twice a day, everyday with closed eyes.

    Let's try it! Make use 10 minutes of your time for the sake of your healthy life, however, for the beginner you may try 5 or 10 times, then improve it gradually to minimal 30 times with closed eyes .
